Carma - Office Manager

Carma is our office manager and financial coordinator. She is our patient's helpful contact if they have any questions concerning their bills or insurance benefits. A graduate of Brigham Young University, Carma is happily married and has four children. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, creating fun sewing projects and playing with her new puppy.   "I am so lucky to work for Dr. Allen. He truly cares about providing the best possible service and technology for his patients."

Pam - Marketing Coordinator

Pam is our marketing coordinator and does a wonderful job representing Allen Orthodontics to our community. Happily married with four children, Pam is a soccer mom. She enjoys reading, running, and spending time with her family and adorable grandson.  "I love my job because it's all about creating FUN for Dr. Allen's patients and our referring doctors!"

Dorreen – Treatment Coordinator

Dorreen, a Registered Dental Assistant and our treatment coordinator, has been in dentistry for 38 years, specializing in orthodontics! She is married with four children and they all love outdoor activities. "I love orthodontics because we get to know our patients and make such a positive impact in their lives. I feel very lucky to be part of the Allen Orthodontics team!"

Mandy - Observation Coordinator

Mandy is our observation coordinator.  She welcomes all our patients with her beautiful smile and personality.  Mandy is from South Africa and loves traveling, shopping and animals.  Mandy is an active volunteer for a local cat and dog rescue helping to find homes for our four legged friends.  She and her husband already have two cats, a dog, a million fish and she fosters many of the rescue animals herself.   "I love working at Allen Orthodontics and being part of such an amazing team!"

Michele - Scheduling Coordinator

Michele is our scheduling coordinator. She is happy to welcome each and every one of our patients with a warm smile.  Michele is a native Oceanside girl.  She is married and enjoys cooking, the desert, playing with her granddaughter and spending time with the many animals on her farm.  The staff is always excited when she brings in fresh eggs from her chickens.  "I love working with Dr. Allen and our staff.  Seeing the difference we all make in our patients smiles is a great feeling."

Nicole - Assistant

Nicole is an Orthodontic Assistant/Lab Tech, and has worked in the field for ten years. She is from Santa Fe., Texas - a Marine wife with two children. In her time away from work, she loves spending time with her family, running, biking, traveling, and going to the beach.  Most of all, she loves to help create beautiful smiles.  "I love knowing that I can help change the way people feel about their smile and knowing they feel more confident in themselves.  I am very grateful to work with Allen Orthodontics.”

Clare - Assistant

Clare is an RDA who has been working in orthodontics for six years. She enjoys working with patients by providing them with the help they need to achieve beautiful smiles. In her off time, Clare loves backpacking, kayaking, cooking, and hanging out with friends and family. “I feel fortunate to be able to work with Dr. Allen and his team.”

Alecia - Assistant

Alecia is our Assistant/Lab Tech and has been working in the orthodontic field for 6 years.  She is an Idaho native and the oldest of four siblings.  A new Marine wife, she enjoys laying out in the California sun, adventures, crafting, decorating, eating, event planning and having a good laugh.  "I love getting to know patients and being a part of their new smile experience.  It's great working at Allen Orthodontics where we care about the overall picture and truly care about each of our patients."

Heidi - Assistant

Heidi is one of our Orthodontic Assistants and a recent graduate of dental assisting school.  She loves working in the orthodontic field and making a difference in peoples smiles.  She is native to Southern California and enjoys the beach, runs, playing soccer and working out.  She is very busy and having a great time planning her upcoming wedding!  "I love coming to work everyday and I feel so fortunate to be a part of the Allen Orthodontics Team!"

Nancy - Assistant

Nancy and her military husband are Oceanside transplants from Michigan.  She loves running, working out, biking, all outdoor activities and chasing her pets - dog Sadie and cat Mittens.  She loves working with people and always greets our patients with the happiest smile and cheerful laugh.  "I love working at Allen Orthodontics because it's such a fun place and the staff really loves with they do!"

Jillian - Assistant

Jillian is an Orthodontic Assistant with six years of experience.  She is from Las Cruces, New Mexico.  She and her Marine husband have a cute four year old son.  Jillian loves spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach, movies, decorating, swimming and shopping.  "I love helping our patients achieve a beautiful smile and seeing the confidence it gives them!"
